Below are a number of points of attention for the use of a subscription:

• You can usually enter and exit on your license plate if you drive calmly to the barrier with a distance of at least five meters from your predecessor. If the barrier does not open, you can use your QR code at the scanner of the entrances and exits, so always keep it at hand. You will receive this QR code when you take out a subscription via the Parkspot portal. You can load this code on your smartphone via the Parkspot ap
• You can always gain access outside opening hours of the garage with your QR code. With the QR code you can open the automatic sliding door by holding the QR code a few centimeters in front of the scanner of the door reader.
• A subscription does not entitle you to a fixed place: full is full. As soon as a car drives out of the garage, you can enter again.
• The QR code only works at the garage and at the agreed times for which you have taken out the subscription.
• The subscription may not be lent to third parties.
• The subscription ends immediately upon termination of the subscription, in Parkspot there is the possibility to have the subscription renewed automatically.

• The parking garage is not liable for any damage whatsoever, see our general terms and conditions on our website. In the garage you must adhere to the instructions of the staff and the traffic rules that also apply on public roads. However, the maximum speed is 5 km per hour!
